Tiếng Thái Yanisa is committed to protecting users' personal information under Vietnamese law, especially Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection.
1. Personal data collection
Collected information includes full name, email, phone number, username and password. Data is collected directly when users register an account or make a transaction.
2. Purpose of use
Information is used to provide lookup services, manage accounts, support customers, process course payments and send notices about content updates or promotional programs.
3. Sharing information with third parties
We share information only in these cases: (1) At the request of legal authorities; (2) With payment or data storage service partners that have signed confidentiality agreements; (3) To display advertising from Google Adsense under Google's cookie policy, where collected information is anonymous.
4. Storage and protection

II. TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Account rules
Users must provide accurate information. Each account is for one individual only. Shared account usage will lead to permanent account suspension.
Users are responsible for protecting their passwords. Tiếng Thái Yanisa is not responsible for any loss caused by password disclosure from the user's side.
2. Administrator rights
Tiếng Thái Yanisa has the right to revoke all benefits and permanently lock accounts when a violation is detected, and may transfer user information to competent authorities if the violation causes serious intellectual property damage.
3. Payment and course policy
Course or service purchases on Tiếng Thái Yanisa are paid through the payment methods supported on the website. Transaction complaints must be sent to the support email within 07 working days from the issue date.
4. Advertising activity
The website displays advertising from Google Adsense and third-party partners. Tiếng Thái Yanisa is not responsible for third-party advertising content, but commits to working only with reputable advertisers.
5. Intellectual property rights
All course content, videos, dictionary content and flashcards on the website are intellectual property owned by Phan Gia Ý - owner of the Tiếng Thái Yanisa business household. Any copying, distribution or unauthorized use without written consent from the owner is strictly prohibited.
6. Prohibited actions
To protect the copyright of dictionary content and the Flashcard system, the following actions will lead to immediate account suspension without refund:
Data copying: Downloading, taking screenshots in bulk or sharing dictionary and flashcard content on the Internet in any form.
Shared accounts: A registered account is assigned to one individual user. Sharing an account with more than 2 people accessing at the same time will be detected and handled by the system.
System interference: Using tools to interfere with, damage or hack lesson or dictionary content.
Buying, selling or transferring: Unauthorized buying, selling or transferring of courses or accounts is prohibited.
Illegal conduct: Discussing politics, religion, ethnicity or impersonating the Tiếng Thái Yanisa brand in a way that confuses other users.
7. Dispute resolution
All disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent local authority for resolution under Vietnamese law.
