Account and Data Deletion
Members can request deletion of their account and personal learning data.
Data deleted
Profile data, saved words, review history, likes and your Q&A content will be deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
Data retained
Some payment, fraud-prevention or audit records may be retained for operational or legal reasons.
Timeline
Valid requests are usually handled within 30 days.
After deletion
You can create a new account, but old learning history cannot be restored.
